Refund policy

At Orien's Formula, we are committed to providing high-quality products for your baby’s skincare needs. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our premises.

Please note:
- All sales are final, once the product has been shipped or collected, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds, regardless of whether the product is opened or unopened.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where applicable.
